Before establishing Craig Carter & Associates in 1997, Mr. Carter practiced as a Certified Public Accountant in the Oklahoma City office of national accounting firm Price Waterhouse and practiced law with the Oklahoma City firm of Andrews Davis Legg Bixler Milsten & Price.

Mr. Carter has extensive experience in comprehensive tax planning, consulting and compliance with an end goal of minimizing tax obligations. Mr. Carter also specializes in business valuation and turnaround and has over 15 years experience in business organizational development and management.
